Sinelec India along with its manufacturing partner offer after sales support to all OEM customers that have products with the long life cycle. We ensure that all the products manufactured are of highest quality and reaches our customer or market defect free. In the unlikely event of any product needs attention, Sinelec ensure that they are addressed by repair service or replacement. We have an established process to get defect parts back to our manufacturing section, provide repair services and deliver back to our customers.

After sales service also covers databasing of product history records throughout the life of the product, arranging spare parts, providing early warning for last time buy option.
