Consumer Returns Policy

Sinelec offers full refund if you received a faulty product either due to defective parts or workmanship. Please be aware that our products are not end user products will require substantial technical knowledge from your side to use them satisfactorily. This warranty is applicable only to hardware that is physically shipped. We do not offer any warranty to software, sample code, manuals or any other documentation.

Return terms:

      1. In 14 days after having received the goods with original invoice included.
      2. The product is complete, unused and undamaged.
      2. The product is, if reasonably possible, packaged in the original packaging.
      2. The costs of returning the goods will be on your account.

With visible signs of usage or self-soldered products will not be returned. Examples of usage: Incomplete and / or without packaging, the product is damaged or dirty.

Once we have received your return in good order, the amount to be refunded will be credited within 5 working days.

Business Return Policy

When ordered as a company/organization, products can only be returned in original unopened packaging and within 14 days after having received the goods. We charge 10% of the total order amount for administrative and restocking fees.
